It's definitely fun, there's a swimming pool, so if you bring kids, there's plenty to do. It's very spacious, but it's a bit tiring walking from the restaurant to the geodesic glamping because it's far and involves stairs. The glamping is actually very nice, but it might need some restoration because some of the wood looks really old, and the glass in the glamping could be maintained, such as cleaning it so we can see the view from inside the tent. Because when we arrived, the glass was dirty.

Nice, comfortable, friendly staff, and anti-traffic jams and odd-even traffic rules. I'll stay here again next time.

The room is not very clean, the breakfast has very little variety unlike most villas/hotels, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are friendly.

The hotel staff are friendly. The views are beautiful and the air is clean. The food is delicious and the portions are just right. However, the facilities are plentiful but poorly maintained.

The glamping area was poorly maintained, to the point where the electricity went out and took ages to turn back on.

Stayed in the Snail type. Booked 2 rooms (no. 14 and 13). Coincidentally, we got a bathroom with old features—lots of limescale and problems (the shower jet closet couldn't be adjusted for water strength (too strong) and wouldn't turn off when pressed). Then there was the shower feature for bathing. When the faucet was turned on (water came out of the faucet) but when I wanted to switch to shower mode, the lever was difficult to pull. On the second day, the bathroom lights dimmed and went out. This was different from room no. 13 which had newer bathroom features and brighter lights. Other facilities, namely the nets in room no. 14 had large holes, and some of the wood was already starting to rot. However, despite these shortcomings, overall we got a new experience of staying with a glamping concept that blends with nature, and magical sunset views. Input for the inn management to always check each room as a form of maintenance, so that guests feel comfortable during their stay, especially regarding the features/facilities of the inn. Tips: It is best to check in after 16.00 WIB, when the weather has started to cool down, because the room material uses materials such as tarpaulin, because it also affects the air in the room.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, the rooms were spacious, and the variety of family activities was excellent, making it a great place to spend time with the family. I felt the room cleanliness could still be improved.

Please pay special attention to the maintenance checklist. Tent zippers are broken, tent fabric is mossy, and general facility maintenance is still half-hearted. The field staff, while lacking initiative, is accommodating enough to meet customer needs. Hopefully, this can be upgraded soon.
