Ok- we had to scramble to find a place after Heathrow shutdown and re-booked out of Gatewick. It was ok.

clean and tidy

Room smelled musty. The toilet roll hadn't been topped up before my stay & had to request it was refilled. You need to request a room clean if you require one. Not enough towels provided, had to request more. 1 out of 3 receptionists was friendly, others barely spoke as walked through reception.
