It was really bad, I chose the most expensive suite. But when I checked in, it was dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned. Even the sheets weren't clean, they had stains. Also, the pool was big, but the lid wasn't tight. Even if I filled it all day, it wouldn't be full. And the hot water supply was only 30 liters. It wasn't worth it. Just because people rarely book it, the room is left unused. And there's no AC. It's not as good as the ones with lower prices. I was disappointed. I won't be going there again 🤏🏻

I stayed in a Lawu room (glamping style). Notes for improvement: 1. From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., the room felt warm and hot, perhaps because the glamping room is a tarpaulin style. I just now understand why they provide two air conditioners (split and portable). However, around 12 p.m., when the fog starts to descend, it becomes cooler and cooler again. It would be nice if there was an additional heat-resistant layer on the outside of the glamping room. 2. The main breakfast dish (chicken) was very slow to be refilled, running out several times and having to wait for another one. However, I appreciate the restaurant for making it. Besides the two points above, everything else was excellent. Complete facilities, friendly and responsive service. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff on April 28th in the afternoon were very friendly... The room was hot, guys... Even though there was a fan, a portable AC, and a split AC. This is a real problem... Why is it so hot inside the room, even though it's already cool outside? I suggest checking in after Asr prayers, just before Maghrib. The entrance to the villa really requires a lot of prayer.

I chose this villa because I was browsing TikTok, but when I arrived, my husband and kids immediately complained that it was uncomfortable, the room smelled of urine, the sheets smelled of drool, the bed was moldy, the toilet was dirty, the toilet glass was too transparent, it was really uncomfortable because my son was already single, so I had to leave the room first before I went to the toilet, the hot water pool was only ankle-deep, waiting for it to heat up again for 30 minutes, waiting too long and it was cold again, ordering fried rice and tempeh took more than an hour to try, it was not delicious, eh when I checked out the car was dented, when I asked about the CCTV recording it was not working. No apology either, my goodness. Staying here once is enough.

I hesitated to book because I read the reviews. Finally, I chatted with the admin first to make sure what previous guests had written wasn't repeated. Regarding the sheets, there were indeed stains. The towels were clean and dry. Only the doormat was damp. The room was clean, but since it's glamping, there are always moths, insects, and leeches in the cabin and bathroom. They gave me Baygon to keep out of the room, but I didn't bother using it. There was also fly trap glue outside. The only downside was the smell of urine in the bathroom from check-in to check-out. Dirty water from the sink flowed towards the bathroom entrance, making the floor slippery when washing your hands with soap at the sink—very strange. Just a note about the bathroom. The friendly and responsive staff, delicious food, exciting live music, and the beautiful view make me want to come back again. I got a really beautiful sunrise, so I didn't have to get out of bed at Lawu 8.

When I first arrived, the room was full of flies. When guests checked in, they should have been given an explanation, because it is near the vegetable garden so the room is full of flies, would they be willing to wait a while for it to be cleaned, and sprayed with something to reduce the flies. The private pool is said to have warm water, but because the water heater uses electricity (there are interruptions) so it can't be fully filled (only 1/4 of the pool), it should use LPG gas so it can be kept warm, it's very cold there, so it's uncomfortable because the hot water seems to be limited, you must bring a jacket, it's very cold there 😊

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not far from the main road, but the road to the hotel is uphill and winding. Make sure your car is safe and in good condition. However, the hotel's location is beautiful. The villa's maintenance could be improved, for example, if there are any damages or dirt from disuse. everything is okay except the guest next door who doesn't know the rules turned on the TV loudly until dawn I couldn't sleep well, even though the staff had informed me that they were still rude. not recommended for Lawu Villa, because the distance between one room and another is close when the TV is turned on it can be heard from other rooms.

1. The staff is friendly, but it's a bit annoying when people want to eat and are asked which room they're in. As an employee, you should know what makes guests comfortable. 2. The room is clean and big, but the comfort is a bit lacking because the Merbabu room doesn't have AC so you can't control the temperature. It's very cold at night. If there was AC, it could warm the guests up so they don't get cold.
