Stayed here because we couldn't get a hotel close to the Muladi Dome. It's decent for the 350,000 Rupiah price, but it could have been better. The service was advertised as being comparable to a hotel (the photo on the WhatsApp number suggests so), but in reality: there was no mineral water, glasses/cups, tea, coffee, or sugar. Only one towel was provided, even though there were two of us. The sheets and bedcover were worn, and the pillows were very thin. The shower and hot water worked well. Toiletries were okay, although not complete; we usually bring our own. For that price, the service should have been better.

Strategic location close to Undip campus

Good. For graduation transit, it's okay. Strategic location, it's not difficult to find food.

There are lots of spider webs in the room, lots of parts of the walls are moldy because of the humidity as in the photo. Admin's response when complaining was not responded to

We booked a room for 2 days, on the first day we did not end up occupying the room, but on the 2nd day when we wanted to check in and contacted the contact person listed in the application, it turned out that the room was full with the reason that we did not confirm on the first day of our booking, in other words they sold the room that we had booked to someone else. When I protested, we wanted them to refund our funds but they told us to wait for about an hour to wait for their friend and we were left stranded in the apartment lobby, after coordinating with the local security guard, the contact person finally came down without an apology. After waiting for about an hour and a half they finally got a replacement room, but when we entered the room, the room was very dirty and unfit for occupancy, the air conditioner was hot and the sheets were dirty. In conclusion, we will not use or book this hotel again and prefer another hotel to stay in.

If for those who are on business and need a transit place in the area around Undip, this is worth it. Comfortable, lots of food around the apartment and the food is cheap, there is also a minimarket. The AC is cold, quite clean. The staff is okay, friendly and responsive. But if for a vacation with family, I think the room is too narrow so it is not very comfortable for a vacation.

The staff and wifi are good, but the chairs provided in the room for the desk are really painful if you sit for too long because they are made of wood so you have to use a pillow.

For the price ga recommend. Room is not that clean and no amenities at all BUT the staff is super helpful and always around. Great location. (Room is kind of damp and stinky) but overall okay stay 👍

Apartments located near campus & occupied by students, need better control; Whether the room occupants are husband and wife or not (found used herbal medicine packaging from husband and wife in the cupboard, & saw teenage couples walking around in the waiting room) - equipment in the bathroom & kitchen is not maintained (floor, sink, kitchen sink), does not function properly, & is broken (taps & buttons on the taps). - pillows smell less fresh

It needs to be improved, facilities such as toiletries, towels, etc. are complete so that customers are satisfied, the location is good, if food is not available, it's okay because it's an apartment, it's still understandable.

The AC is not cold, it's already 16 degrees, the AC is not cold, making it difficult to sleep well. The car park is narrow, going up and down.

This is my first time reviewing, but for the price of 400k, I prefer to check first before giving it to the customer whether the AC is cold or not, whether the pillows need to be washed or not, because if the AC is left on the room will not be cold and it will be sweaty at night, and the pillows will smell of sun sweat.

The staff is not very friendly, there are no directions to the accommodation unit, parking is difficult, the room is small, there are lots of insects, used toiletries packaging is still scattered around, there is no wifi, the electricity token makes a sound.

The room was not very clean, and at 4am the electricity went off because the token ran out, how is that possible?

The room was completely damaged. The mattress was damaged, there was broken wood, the window couldn't be closed, the table was torn and collapsed, the bathroom light wouldn't turn on, the cupboard was very fragile and looked like it was about to collapse. In addition, the parking lot was very small so cars had difficulty entering. The room was very dusty with lots of cobwebs and the sink was very dirty and crusty. Disappointed even though the building looked good from the outside. Not worth it.

The hotel staff is quite cooperative, the parking lot is quite spacious and the security is friendly.

First time staying in the apartment, less than 1 hour late, charged IDR 50,000 x 2 rooms. No tolerance. Even though the rooms are not equipped with any facilities. Towel. Toiletries. Waste bin zero. Just once here is enough.

A very worth it apartment with affordable price. Next time I will definitely stay here again
