The advantage is the location is near the city center, about 10 minutes walk to Da Lat market. But I will not come back here again because the room hygiene is very bad, I booked a room for 2 nights, but after only staying for 1 night, I canceled 1 night and went home the next day, because the hygiene here is very poor, at 8am in the morning there was the sound of wall drilling, very noisy, the soundproofing is extremely poor, on the upper floor there was extremely noisy pulling of tables and chairs. At noon, when we went back to rest, there was still the sound of wall drilling, we could not sleep. The floor was very dirty, the towels and bed sheets were not clean. In general, the hygiene is very poor. Will not come back here again.

The hotel is located quite close to Da Lat Market, within walking distance, with many restaurants around. The room is clean, comfortable and has a kitchen. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor, the upstairs tables and chairs are too noisy!

I had the worst experience here from reception to room cleaning. I stayed 2 nights and was not cleaned. very bad service..

Reading reviews, people said late check in, I thought it was just a few cases, but then I arrived at 3pm and still didn't have a room. There is 1 employee whose attitude is also bad, the rest are ok. Car parking is bad luck if all the customers have to park on the street themselves. The toilet has a dirty curtain. In particular, I experienced the horrible smell of sewer coming from the canal next to the hotel. If I didn't open the door, the room would suffocate.

I stayed here for 2 nights, it was quite comfortable, clean and convenient. Walking distance to Hoa Binh area.

Mình đã ở đây 5 ngày 4 đêm, trước khi đến mình có đọc nhận xét phàn nàn về vấn đề vệ sinh phòng, trang thiết bị… nên cũng lăn tăn nhiều. Trải nghiệm của mình là mọi thứ rất tốt, các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, mình có yêu cầu bình nấu nước, bàn ủi các bạn cầm lên rất nhanh chóng. Vệ sinh phòng cũng sạch sẽ, đúng là chăn mền cần ủi phẳng phiu hơn nhưng cũng không vấn đề gì, phòng cách âm tốt. Khách sạn có dịch vụ thuê xe máy, xe đưa rước sân bay trọn gói.

The hygiene is very poor, the floor full of dust and dirt, the edges of the walls have not been cleaned for a long time and are covered with dirt, the toilet is also very dirty... the glass is not clean, dust and water have formed into large patches that look very scary 3 The hotel was newly built but the construction was quite careless. Because the hotel had a power outage, I had to take the stairs to discover this. The hallways were full of dust and dirt, and the emergency exit lights fell out of the walls in many places. ... not bright. 4. Parking is limited, there is not enough space to park, it is very inconvenient when staying and traveling 5. Although the staff has a friendly attitude, they do not have the professional skills to do the job, I request to change room. Received a simple answer: "No room" and no accompanying sentence, as if to ignore it, so I had to ask a third time before telling me to clean it again. I blame the hotel manager and owner here, not the staff at all. 6. The hotel is located close to the road so opening the door is very noisy. I write this here so you can consider when choosing to stay here.

9/10 points. Extremely comfortable experience, friendly receptionist, if you have a room, you will check in immediately. The room is clean. The first day I arrived, the cold water was turned off, but after calling 5 minutes, someone came to fix it. The only minus point is that it's a bit far from the market and can't walk, but because it's open 24/24, renting a motorbike can solve everything.

Everything is fine, except the wifi is too weak. Clean, fully equipped, wifi needs to be upgraded.

Room cleaning needs to be improved, bed sheets and pillowcases need to be ironed before being replaced for guests. Friendly and quick staff.

Very friendly staff and spacious open lounge. Comfortable room with added convenience of a small kitchen for heating up food. Place is very modern with free WiFi without sky-high prices.
