At first, I was confused about finding the accommodation because there was no sign or logo. There was only a banner that said "Nju Canteen." It turned out the reception area was actually a canteen. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and there was a water heater. But the hotel hallways weren't lit, which made it feel eerie, especially since I was staying on the top floor and it seemed like I was the only guest. But everything was fine.

The hotel is clean and the building still feels new, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The service is friendly and helpful. The strategic location makes it easy to get to various places in Surabaya. There were no significant issues during my stay. If I return to Surabaya, this hotel will be one of my choices for my next stay.

The location is in the city center, close to everywhere, the room has quite good wifi + Netflix (it's been down for the last 2 days, Netflix couldn't be accessed for a while because of subscription payment issues) and the room is overall clean, only the bed needs to be replaced with a mattress, it feels like it's hollow and has sunk in so every morning my whole body aches.

Actually, it's good..the only minus is the AC..it's not cold enough...At that time, I stayed for 2 days..I asked to change rooms where the AC might be colder but I couldn't..

For whatever reason, the atmosphere here is really nice, there's Netflix too. The smoking area is provided very comfortably, you can go to the balcony, you can hang out on the balcony, in the morning the photo above while joking with my husband is a beautiful moment. The staff is also very friendly, there's also a mini restaurant downstairs so if you're hungry, just call or WhatsApp. The price is also pocket-friendly😆

It's close enough to go anywhere. Coincidentally, yesterday I had to go to Soetomo Hospital for treatment and Kawa's location was less than 10 minutes away.

I was a bit hesitant, thinking that a hotel with this price would be ordinary. It turned out to be very clean, the bed wasn't sore, the towels were new, the environment was very clean. There was no sign in front of the hotel but it was easy to find if you saw the photo of the building. The downside is that there is not enough shampoo and a 24-hour Madura stall. There is a mini market at the end of the road after the red light, only a 4-minute walk, but if you're lazy, you can't buy snacks. Super super worth it. The AC is cold, Netflix and wifi are smooth. The mattress is also not a cheap mattress that sags when you sit on it, but the mattress is really comfortable to sleep on. It doesn't smell of cigarettes, there is no seepage of sand or insects. Maintain the quality, I really like staying here, my mother who is usually fussy is calm and doesn't complain to me 😭🙏🏻. Across from the hotel there is a good and delicious coffee shop. The hotel is according to the photo 🙏🏻 the owner is kind and friendly
