Above my own expectations, truly a beautiful place, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent service, the surrounding views feel unreal because they are so beautiful 🥹 The Polumb Garden is really great, the best! 😇👌🏼

the staff is very friendly and helpful....but when I arrived at half past 1..I was told to wait for quite a long time, quite 1 hour...it is true that check out is at 2 but usually if we arrive later than 12 we will definitely be told to go straight away because our check out time is 11 at the maximum...we could have cleaned up the room in less than 1...but on that side everything from the facilities to the service is ok..all the staff are very friendly..it is recommended.....next time will definitely come back again....

the hotel is nice, clean and beautiful. no need for air conditioning because the weather is cold. hot water in the bathroom takes a long time to come out. suitable for families with children. can feed fish (5k) and ride a duck boat (40k)

this place located besides the lake, so beautiful.

The bumpy road is damaged from the highway into the location... it is difficult for small sedan cars to pass through, there are 3 high speed bumps... the view is nice and it is quite cold there

Overall everything is good from the room, location and service. Check-in time is 11 am.. the staff are friendly, only 1 staff please do not vape while working / handling guests.

The journey here was drizzling, the entrance road was small, the road was damaged, there were puddles of water because of the rain. When I entered the room, then.. at 19:30 the lights went out all over Bedugul, unlucky.. it only came back on at 23:00, unfortunately the canteen was closed at 19:00, I was too lazy to go out to find food, access was far from the main road, at night it was so cold, I even entered the room.. unfortunately I had to check out at 11:00, even though it was usually around 12:00.. the cleanliness of the public bathrooms should be improved, the food menu too, then if possible the canteen would only close at 21:00.. then for my room there was no coffee and tea.. even though I took a good room for 600 thousand.. the positive thing is that the Pollumb employees are friendly and fast.

recommended for staycation in Bedugul area. Good service, nice place, beautiful view, there is canteen if you are hungry in the middle of the night, there is hot water, there is hairdryer, clean toilet, clean room. I happened to get a stilt house, so if someone goes up the stairs it can be heard. the sound in the next room can also be heard. but it's still reasonable because it's a wooden house.

Just a suggestion, it's better not to use a bed for sleeping. It's hard to move around because it's too narrow.

The environment is really beautiful, quiet and very comfortable. It's just that the wifi is very slow. The staff are friendly. The bathroom inside is only for defecating and urinating. The shower is outside. Meanwhile, the coffee is very delicious. The fried banana snack is in large portions and is cheap. The room is neat, clean and fragrant. The toilet is also clean. The outside bathroom is also clean and the water is hot and fast.

It was beautiful, and the place is very comfortable & pretty. But I booked for 4 person, when I came to the facility they showed us a room with 2 small bed and a pillow on each bed, not same as shown on the ads. On the ads it was shown that we got 2 bed, 4 pillows. They only gave us 2 towels, and we cannot reach them out by call evertime we need something from the hotel.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
