Check-in between 3 - 4 pm, I got room 308 on the 3rd floor. As soon as I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was that the AC wasn't cold enough & the AC was noisy, but I thought because I got a room with a window/glass facing the sun, so I thought it would be cold later tonight. I turned on the TV and the TV only showed a gray channel. I tried to set it but it didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work, the cable was plugged in but the phone didn't turn on. They didn't provide the Wi-Fi password even though it was listed in the app, the hotel has free Wi-Fi. At night, it turned out the AC still wasn't cold. It was very hot & stuffy in room 308. This hotel is not suitable for staying.

Excellent hotel location and a great rate are the two reasons I stayed here. I didn't need Grab nor taxi to get to the hotel, as Dukuh Atas MRT station is 3 minutes away. It's walking distance to Bunderan HI and Sudirman. What else do you need more if you want to save money and to stay at a decently clean hotel? For the price it asks, I don't know a better option.

This strategic hotel is close to the train station, MRT station, and airport. It's also close to the GI Mall in the city center, and the location is perfect for car-free days.

The standard room was cramped. The bed and desk were so large that there was no place to pray. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, and the location was good.

The water was off while staying overnight, the recovery action was very slow, it took 24 hours just to replace the pump.

I've stayed here many times because it's close to everything, but when checking in, don't take a picture of your ID card, just use Facebook.

I got a room with noisy, leaking air conditioning, even though I chose a deluxe room. The location is great, close to the station, and there are plenty of snacks too.

Overall it's pretty good for just taking a break.

The staff is friendly, but I got a room with no curtain in the bathroom :( and the AC was dead, even though I had stayed there on the same floor before and it was fine.

The room is incredibly cramped. If you're afraid of cramped spaces, this hotel isn't for you. It's incredibly cramped and there's no prayer room, so when I was there, I had to pray in the corridor. It's a shame because the location is great, but it's just so cramped.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with check-in. The hotel's location is strategic, easy to get to everywhere, close to the station and Bundaran HI.

It was too cramped and stuffy due to the bathroom's oversized size. The shower was broken, and dangling TV cables obstructed the view.

Strategically located, with transportation options including commuter line (KRL), LRT, MRJ, and TJ, just choose. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

The room is comfortable, convenient, and close to everything. It's within walking distance of the Sudirman KRL and MRT stations. Good.
