I want to complain about the hotel not getting my money right? What do I do? I've already paid and then I'm told to complain in the APK? 65 thousand is money!

This is not worthy of being called an inn, the rooms are smelly, the bathrooms are dirty and mossy, the mattresses are very, very bad, the sheets are dirty and torn. I was only 5 minutes in the room and checked out because I couldn't breathe properly.
