At the beginning of check in, it was handled by the guy in front, he was friendly.
But when I went up to the 3rd floor, the room was still not cleaned up 😱 He said it had been 2 hours since checking out until I wanted to go in, the team hadn't cleaned it up. Then I got a room, the one next to me hadn't been cleaned up by the team, it had been 3 hours since checking out.
Not to mention, I had chosen a room with a balcony, but when I opened the balcony door, a pile of plastic bags of garbage was perched on my balcony terrace. 😭
I think the management needs to be evaluated. Is it true that the guy cleaned everything up, for a hotel of that size, there should be a team of their own who are responsible for cleanliness and ensuring the room is ready for guests to check in.
The next day when I wanted to check out, there were different people, there were 2 girls. I have handed over the room key, but the lady was in a daze, where is my ID card & car key, they haven't given it to me anymore.
Please evaluate the management, it's a shame, the hotel is okay, but the employees seem to need to be briefed regarding the service SOP and readiness to receive guests.
For the receptionist who helped quickly clean the room yesterday, thank you for the service that has been tried as best as possible. Hopefully your leader will appreciate it, it feels like working alone, having my own troubles.
