Still remember the first time here, just less than 2 years ago. The hotel was still new (some rooms weren’t even finished). Now the bathroom in the lobby is dirty, glass in rooms aren’t cleaned/changed (got residue from previous users). Actually, its location is good because it’s near the airport, too bad it looks like the hotel isn’t well maintained.

The staff was friendly, everything was good, but the bathroom wasn't very clean/scrubbed and smelled bad. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak.

The room was very clean. There was hair on the headboard, the shampoo in the bathroom was empty and not refilled, the shower didn't work, so we had to squat to shower, and there were no tissues.

Hot water is being repaired but was not provided upon check in.

the price is too high, we stayed overnight because we were in transit, or because the plane left early in the morning, not going on holiday, it's far from the city center

Good hotel especially when you are a solo traveler, location near airport, staff are nice and helpful. Room and hotel area are clean and nice. The hotel provides transport to the airport that is very comfy. Thank you

Near airport, very convenient for flight stopover. Clean and nice room, easily accessible from main road. They also give free ride to airport.

It’s not a 4-star hotel, maybe 2 stars. Rooms on the photo are good, but actually too old and dirty. No hot water. The bathroom is really terrible! Bed and facilities are too old and dirty, and need to be renovated. Breakfast is too poor and not tasty. Even with a free shuttle bus to the airport.

The hotel location is very close to the airport so no need to worry about being late and missing your flight. The room size is spacious and the room atmosphere is very comfortable. The bathroom size is also spacious, just a little lacking in water. The shower is not hot enough and the tap water is not clear enough.

The price does not match the facilities and food available. The only advantage is that it is close to the airport.

The facilities are incomplete, there is no hair dryer, there is no telephone in the room (the only one that has WA is slow to respond). The lighting is lacking, there is a dead light bulb in the hallway but it is not immediately replaced, wait to be asked and complained about. The lighting in the room is also blurry, but it is not replaced. I can't be bothered to complain again. Television, out of the 3 rooms I rented, none of them could be turned on. The Front Office is not very good at conveying something, how could they say that the 3rd floor is even scarier. Is this a hotel or a haunted house. The only good thing is the food, take away requests are possible and the menu is complete. And also close to the airport, that's all.

I like the bathroom, and the service is also good.

When checking in the room was not ready, they were given a room that had not been cleaned after complaining and then exchanged for one that was ready. Facilities between airports are slow, fortunately the airport location is close.
