The location is very strategic, just next to the Monorail Line. If you come from Kuala Lumpur Sentral (like most people would do), you can pass through NU Sentral mall and then go down the elevator or escalator next to the Monorail station. P.S.: Ignore the 'Zara Hotel' sign on top of the hotel, most likely it was the old name. |Staff is friendly and the check-in is fast. RM50 deposit will be required, though surprisingly RM10 tourism Tax is not imposed. There is only one lift which is quite small and there are 4 floors above the reception, but there is a stair that you can take. The Wi-Fi is fast. |Booked a Superior Single Room with room 303; Spoiler alert, there's no window. The room is small and barely fits a 24" luggage, although it is cozy. The place looks quite brand new with not much damage to the room/furniture. |The bed is slightly small though luckily I'm only 165cm (5'4"ft) tall. The downside is the pillow is a bit on the harder side so some people might not like it. The bedsheet and blanket are clean with just a smidge of stain but it's nothing to worry about. |The bathroom is quite spacious for a single room. A clean towel, shower gel, and toilet paper are provided. There's an overhead shower and an adjustable one. The toilet is comfortable and the bidet works just fine. Water pressure is also good. |The sink has enough space to put your essentials. The mirror also surprisingly has a built-in ring light. There's no floor mat, so make sure you don't get your feet wet before you go to bed. |There are hangers, an electric kettle, and a phone (no number for the front desk, though). A bottled water is given, but no water dispenser. Sadly, there's only 1 EU socket in the room so you might need a travel adaptor. |You'd notice there's a big TV in the room, but it's not on; Asked the front desk about it and they said there's nothing they can do about it.
