Sajid is so kind. Then it's so easy to check in. The facilities are so good. I'll repeat it again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient with easy access to food and shops. The staff were friendly, especially Sajid who welcomed me very well and was very kind and approachable. Parking is a bit limited, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it.

Absolutely awful, the noisiest and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. We left halfway through the trip as we couldn't stand it. No refund of room or tourist tax. Sajit is a nice guy I agree with the other comments, but that doesn't mean anything if he can't help guests. To originally stay there for 5 days and to be told that they wouldn't clean our room during the 5 days because it's a budget hotel is ridiculous. I know the tourism tax isn't your fault but we are tourists so please make the effort. I could tell the cleaners were angry to clean the room. The walls are so thin and there are a lot of locals staying there because it's cheap which is fine, but they cause disturbance. The last point is that I was questioned like a criminal more than a guest when I returned to the hotel at night. This is because they never took my passport info. So we left early anyway and got a hotel triple the price. It was worth it, no bed bug bites. If swings and pillows management want to reach out to me, you can, you know who I am. God bless
