So actually it wasn't this unit that was occupied yesterday because suddenly we were told that this unit was not ready so we were given a replacement in the same location. Unfortunately the replacement unit was very uncomfortable because the AC was not working. I complained and the crew came but they still couldn't solve the AC problem. I was offered another location far away so I refused because I had business in that location and it would be even more difficult for me to go to a far away location. In the end, I slept there last night with the balcony door open because it was hot and stuffy.

Check in was unclear, arbitrarily changed from 14.00 to 15.30. Waited until 15.30 there was no staff, live chat was not replied.
