The hotel staff are all responsive and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean and comfortable. The room is spacious enough for praying. The rooms are also cleaned regularly and drinking water is always refilled by the staff. Next time I go to Solo, I will stay here again!

My sister and I were staying at the Grand City Hotel, we looked for it from the app considering it was close to St KAI. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the SGC staff named Riza Umbara, he was very professional in serving us, fast and took the initiative in his service like at Hotel 5 ✨, and was very competent in handling guests who had a little trouble with the app and in the end everything can be resolved with a solution that is very satisfying for me, I hope Mas Riza Umbara will be more successful. I have asked the receptionist staff twice for a slip towel, with 2 different staff on duty at that time, ignoring/ignoring my request, it was not given. The breakfast menu is 4 healthy, 5 perfectly fulfilled and looks clean, overall is good. Thank you.
