I had time to change the receptionist's place so it was a bit far from the room, only the sofa was safe.. maybe the soundproofing could be improved a bit more.. the gossiping voices above could be heard all the way to the room..

I already booked but when I wanted to check in the room was full and what was worse was that the money was returned with a deduction even though it wasn't my fault.

Actually the staff was fast, the AC wasn't cold, I asked to have it fixed and immediately moved to another room, but the room wasn't clean, there were lots of mosquitoes, it hadn't been prepared or actually cleaned.

The sheets were dirty, clearly used by someone, asked to change them and didn't replace them, the toilet was clogged. Very zonk, service is not friendly.

Second time staying here. The bed sheets had dirty stains, there was a small cockroach in the bathroom. You have to bring your own toiletries, only towels are provided. Check in and check out at another house, number K5.

You don't get a towel or worldly soap 😭.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, dirty toilet, ok AC, ok mattress.

I was confused because the location didn't match the map (depending on room type). The room was clean, the mattress was clean, the bathroom had quite a lot of mosquitoes but it was still okay. The door lock slot is a bit difficult. Gallons are provided for drinking refills. Clear TV. There are towels, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste so you have to bring your own.

Dingin AC nya okelah. Tampak kamar mandi bagus. Wifi nggak banget. Ga dikasih pasta & sikat gigi. Lampu temaram. Meja ga ada kalo kita mau makan dalam kamar

Not recommended. Awal pesan kamar ini karena niatnya cari kamar yang deket dengan kost-an ku sedang kendala air mati, lihat review nya sih bagus makanya memutuskan untuk order. Kecewa banget sih. Pesan kamar deluxe niatnya bisa istirahat sama suami tapi sama sekali ga sesuai dengan ekspektasi. Kamar sempit banget, begitu masuk kamar nyamuknya luar biasa seperti ruangan ga pernah dibuka, warna sprei butek, handuk warnanya kaya keset, ga tega rasanya dipake buat badan. Eh tengah malem ada yang ketok perempuan nakal nawarin suamiku buat pijit. Astaghfirullah. Pengalaman nginep di tempat beginian. Sayangnya lupa ga foto kondisi di dalamnya.

The location is strategic, the service is good, but for the lack of cleanliness, the sheets and blankets still have stains on them. Next can be even cleaner.

Orang hotel ngilang-ngilang trus bingung mau check out.

The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the wifi is proper, the AC is smooth, the AC is cold, the better.
