I've stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, the AC is cool, the atmosphere is comfortable, especially if you get a room with a window. The staff is friendly, and the parking is secure because it's inside the hotel area. It's close to a minimarket and food vendors. Overall, it's good.

Strategically located in the city center, close to the business district, making it easy to get everywhere. It's not far from the main train station. There's plenty of culinary options, and it's close to the souvenir market. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are top-notch quality. They're very comfortable and clean.

Very highly recommended...perfect for those traveling with family. Large room, clean toilet. Friendly service. We arrived at 10 a.m. after a long journey and were told to wait because it wasn't check-in time yet. But after a while, we were informed that we could enter the room because someone had already checked out. Complete amenities, hot and cold shower, 2 towels... There's no water heater in the room, but it's provided in the lobby. Overall, very impressive. If I go back to Surabaya, God willing, I'll stay here again.

The room is quite large and clean. However, there's no water dispenser in the hallway or kettle in this room type. That might be a point of reference.
