The pillows smell of drool, the sheets smell dirty and musty, the room is stuffy, damp, moldy, no more, thanks, rather than getting a skin disease because you don't change the sheets, the medicine is more expensive, noooooo

the bathroom cleanliness is very BAD. how can you give a bathroom like that to a guest. I can't even take a picture of the bathroom.

The staff is friendly, but the place is very dirty, there is dirt everywhere, it smells musty and damp, there are lots of spider webs in the corners, there is no parking space for cars, and it is not suitable for families.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet is not very good. The AC is not cold, the sheets are dirty, the pillow cases are dirty, the toilet is very dirty, as if it has never been cleaned.

2024 really all good, fragrant and clean. but this year 2025 is really different dusty dirty. I stayed on 29-31 May 2025. the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. please for those who will stay, open the pillow cases first because the pillows are moldy and damp, lots of crust. we did not use the pillows we put them on the bench in the living room. and there are still many more. I don't know why it changed in just 1 year. hopefully it can be better maintained and cared for in the future.

The room key was broken as if it had been broken, the curtain hooks were about to come off, the bed was not clean. The bathroom was very bad. I didn't even stay even though I had booked for 2 days, as soon as I entered I immediately decided to leave 😭.
