can't access online taxis...the last time I checked out I walked while carrying my suitcase to the end of the road

The receptionist is not good. She is rude and feels like we are just staying here even though we paid. She does not respect the guests.

Hopefully the service will be improved again, and the hangers in the bathroom will be replaced with new ones.

When checking in after 12 noon, you can't enter. Even though the hotel should be able to. This is highly not recommended for anyone who wants to stay.

The waiter was not friendly. And there is no etiquette in serving guests.

Its a bit dirty, my toilet door was broken, a-bit far from the main street, and kind of pricey for a dirty place like that.

Kamar lembab, lantai kamar tidak disapu dan dipel, banyak debu.

There were cockroaches, pillow and bolster cases and smelly sheets.

Saya nunggu di depan pintu gak ada yang keluar manusia 1 pun.

Mungkin salah ku karena sampai nya ke maleman jadi masuknya agak lama ga begitu lama juga sih untung ada tetangga yang ramah jadi di bantu deh. Puas dengan harga segitu bisa nyenyak tidur nya kok kalau ke jakarta lagi mau nginep d situ dengan harga sgitu udah tidur pakai ac.

Alhamdulillah, sampai di swahouse sekitar pukul 10.30 wib. Dari resepsionisnya sampaikan jika masuk di jam sekarang, dikenai cash sekitar 100rb. Karena jam chekin harus di jam 14.00. Saya pikir-pikir mending keluar makan sambil menunggu jam check in. Saya balik jam 13.30 tetap saja belum bisa check in. Bayangin gak. Saya dari ternate jauh - jauh mana kelelahan. Kebetulan di sini hujan. Okeh saya menunggu lagi sampai jam 14.00. Setelah jam 14.00. Resepsionis yang pake baju tidur itu datang lagi. Katanya mau check in sekarang? Saya kasih bukti dari traveloka. Dia minta lagi bukti pembelian. Saya cari lagi bukti pembelian. Minta KTP dan lain-lain. Akhirnya kami pindah hotel. Untuk siapapun saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini. Pelayanan yang sangat buruk. Sekali. Mariafu Ladede, Ternate.

The place is dirty and shabby, it doesn't match the photo, the service takes a long time, and it's not livable.

Very unhelpful and no ethics.

We came to the location at 12 at night, but there were no officers on duty and we couldn't enter. Previously we came at night because of heavy rain and were able to come after it had subsided to the accommodation. Please return our money, because we can't stay overnight. Thank You.

The bathroom was not clean and in room 120 there were cockroaches in the room.
