The room was a bit old, the sink faucet had a missing valve, and it splashed everywhere every time I turned on the water. The breakfast restaurant was small and the food portions were too small and not tasty.

The hotel is old, located in the city center, and generally okay, but I wanted to stay in a newer hotel so I'm giving my feedback on the staff. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The staff were enthusiastic, the hotel was very clean, everything was okay.

Bathrooms and toilets should have additional amenities (facilities).

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, nice view too. Breakfast buffet is also very good everyone. The only problem is that the room is not soundproofed well, in the room you can clearly hear footsteps, conversations outside and even in the next room

Harga yang sangat ramah di kantong dengan fasilitas hotel yang sangat sesuai, bahkan di luar ekspektasi. Staff sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Kamar selalu harum, perlengkapan di-refill dan diganti setiap hari. Tapi jangan kaget ya kalau tahu-tahu ada yang ketuk pintu, house keeping 😍. Oh ya, di hotel ada tempat untuk menukar uang (saya bawa dollar). Hotel dekat sekali dengan Lotte Mart, jalan kaki sebentar sampai, di Lotte sedia banyak oleh-oleh juga, harga beberapa oleh-oleh dengan Han Market enggak jauh beda. The hotel is new so the rooms and appliances are all new. clean room. cheerful staff. The location is quite good if anyone just wants to go to Asia Park, the night out to the food court is also quite close. Breakfast buffet also has many options, all cooked slightly salty

Going to rest but next to the construction from early in the morning it was very noisy, I called the front desk and the receptionist told me it was still noisier than that. Stressed but more stressed

New hotel, facilities to service attitude are all good. The hotel is located in a quiet area, more suitable for business travelers than tourists.
