Toilet and bathroom is Outside the room! So many regulations like can't use hot oil and vicks balsam. Unconvinient! But nt many choices in Muntilan so probably peoples will still come back there.

The room is very luxurious for a Homestay even though you have to share a Bathroom. Eating and cooking utensils are provided for those who want to make Instant Noodles. You won't feel like this is a rented Homestay because you feel like you are at home.

Saya dan istri sangat menikmati menginap di Prime House Muntilan, Kab. Magelang. Suasana yang asri di perkampungan yang warganya ramah dan fasilitas kamar serta dapur cukup lengkap. Resepsionis ramah dan membantu ketika proses check-in dan check-out. Area parkir kira-kira bisa menampung 1 mobil mini bus dan 5 sepeda motor. Namun sangat disayangkan ketika staff resepsionis hanya 1 orang dan front office belum dilengkapi kamera CCTV sebagai keamanan apabila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan baik itu kepada tamu yang menginap maupun kepada staff resepsionis itu sendiri. Tolong kepada owner Prime House Muntilan untuk dicatat saran dan masukan dari saya? Selebihnya tarif menginap di Prime House Muntilan, Kab. Magelang sangat terjangkau dan nyaman. Terima kasih!
