The AC is very hot, the bathroom smells bad,

I've stayed here twice, the third time I got a rather lacking room, no slippers, the van in the bathroom was really noisy, like someone was leaking, the AC wasn't very cold, and there was no bed runner, but the reception staff were friendly, it was great

I stayed for 4 nights at Lex Hotel Banjarmasin and was satisfied with the service. The room was clean and comfortable. Complete facilities, cold AC, smooth hot water, and a comfortable bed to rest on. The price is affordable, suitable for a family vacation. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, the security guards are also very helpful when parking and lifting luggage. The location is strategic, close to the city center and many culinary choices. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied every day. Unfortunately the TV in the room is not Android yet, so it can't stream directly, but that's not a big problem. Coincidentally, when I stayed there was a renovation, but the process was orderly and did not interfere with comfort at all.

The service is good, the room is quite big and clean.

All good and fine, there are some staff who are not smiling enough. Friendly? Very, not smiling much. The downside is the wifi on the 2nd floor is very slow, sometimes disappears, whether on the 1st or 3rd floor the signal is good, we don't know. The breakfast is also delicious.

The internet connection is really bad in the room and the room wifi can't be accessed either. The female staff who guard the restaurant are really noisy, joking with each other and shouting and disturbing. The cleanliness is okay.
