Not bad for RedDoorz. Standard room, no windows, cold AC, hot water flowing smoothly, and there is a refrigerator. Close to kmn2.

The hotel staff is friendly. Comfortable place not noisy. Easy to reach by any transportation.

Love staying here, the place is comfortable. But the sheets are full of stains & yesterday we found quite a lot of cockroaches. But for this price it's okay.

Place to stay in a strategic location in Surabaya. Close to restaurants. Economical price with adequate facilities. Hot water, AC, etc. are available.

Hotel staff is good. The problem is that the water smells a bit.

AC room is cold. Room also clean. Water heater also hot. Only the room TV I got the problem, after fix up by front office a few hours later and become OK.

Kamar mandi kotor, wc bau busuk sampek ketempat tidur baunya.

Penerima tamu kurang ramah, kamar kotor, sprei nya banyak bercak, syukurnya pesen cuma numpang tidur sebentar.

Ga ada lift. Dapat kamar paling atas. Jadi harus naik turun 3 lantai. Sudah baca ulasan lain, ternyata benar. Seprei, sarung bantal, selimut, handuk (hanya dapet 1) sudah menguning dan agak bau. Tidak dapat toiletries. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci. Pintu kamar juga slotnya tidak keluar jadi harus selalu pakai kunci langsung. Air panas cuma bisa dipakai sebentar. Bidet toilet sering error tidak bisa mati. Ada kulkas bisa nyala dingin. Dapat 2 botol air mineral dan 1 kopi. AC cukup dingin. Tidak ada tempat parkir khusus. Jadi-Jadinunut parkir-parkirdi halaman resto. Kl cuma butuh tidur saja sih ok2 aja. Tapi tidak cocok staycation.

The place is nice, clean & comfortable, the AC is nice, cold, it's just a shame I didn't get bath soap, then the toilet spray had strange water, when I sprayed it foam came out, I got a spoon but it already had rust stains 😔. Overall it's worth it to stay here 😃.

The bathroom is dirty, the sheets and pillows have lots of spots and are a little dusty, the TV fridge is there but it doesn't work properly, the receptionist is a little freaky maybe because it's old.
