the mattress is broken there are no towels and soap

the sheets were smelly and dirty. luckily I only stayed there for a short time

First and last time to stay at this hotel. The mattress is broken, and there is a lot of dust that makes it itchy. The TV can't be used. The bathroom is broken, the toilet can't be flushed because there is no water and the floor is dirty and slippery. When I wanted to check out, the waiter was not there and I was forced to take my ID card from the drawer without permission because I was in a hurry!

The lights don't flicker, the water for bathing is salty, the heater doesn't work, the smart TV hasn't been updated and can't play anything, you can't access the portal from 9pm or later so you have to look for a detour.

Unfortunately the bathroom faucet was not functioning properly, the TV also could not receive the broadcast at that time. As for resting, it was quite good because the environment was quiet, not noisy and not far from the city center.

I left my stuff at the hotel, there was no staff I could contact.

Pengurusnya kurang ramah, ditanyakan masalah air di jawabnya agak kasar, istri saya sampai kesel. Ranjangnya kayunya berisik kreat kreot, kayunya ada yang patah sepertinya. Tadinya udah mau cek out malam itu juga, berhubung saya sudah cape ya terpaksa nginap juga. Kaga ada air minum dan gelas di kamar. Mau minta ke pengurusnya jadi malas. Kapok. Pok. Pok nginap di sini biar harga murah, tidak murah juga sih.

Booking ini tanpa liat review dlu, setelah baca review ternyata gitu lah wkwkwk hampir sama dgn yg lain wkwk.

Cuma remote TV tidak ada, shower perlu diperbaiki.

Karena sudah lelah hari iitu main booking aja, gak baca review komentar pengunjung sebelumnya. Akhirnya ngalamin deh hal yang sama dengan yang lain. 😜. KAPOk.

Salah saya ga ngecek google review. Ternyata senpat jadi kosan cowok. Mungkin itu kenapa tidak terurus. Resepsionis tidak terlatih. Tidak siap untuk bidang hospitality. Tolong dipertimbangkan ya. Karena dilihat dari ha. Rganya sangat tidak sebanding.

Mending gausah nginap sini! Resepsionisnya bukan manusia! Ga ramah, dan layak untuk diberi kerja

The bathroom water smells, the towels, bed sheets, pillows are dirty, there is no trash can, the floor is very dusty.

AC panas, kamar mandi baru, air shower bau, meja patah, kasur jeblos, receptionist tidak ramah.
