The hotel is located close to Alor Street. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's okay.

The hotel location is great, the room was great, and the staff was helpful. Although they don’t have any room service and for everything like room service, housekeeping, etc., you have to go through their app which is not very convenient. The hotel provides luggage facility as well; if you’re checking in early or checking out late, you can just keep your luggage and move around. Also, it becomes very happening post-evenings.

The closest hotel to Alor Night Street, the best.

Location is always the best. The toilet floor doesn't have a floor towel when checking in. I had to go and ask for it and take it myself. Found one cockroach in the bathroom. And the toilet bowl is leaking when flushed. The small tray for putting our shampoo was also shaking like it was about to drop. How can this be rated 4 stars? I don't understand.

It's better and near Bukit Bintang.

Easy access to the main shopping malls. But for room amenities like towels, you need to request them.

The location is near Jalan Alor, with lots of food vendors and the MRT station. The hotel is quite clean.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. There's also a currency exchange counter right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to exchange money. It's also close to Jalan Alor and Pavilion KL.

The location is very strategic and there are many people selling food.

This time during my stay, I saw two cockroaches in the room the first night. I cannot accept this for a 4-star hotel. I only like this hotel for its location and big space area. And the counter lady who wears spectacles is unfriendly.
