the location is very comfortable, in a housing complex so it is very quiet, the environment is clean, the place is also clean, the owner is very friendly, it feels very homey, the room is quite spacious, clean, bright, the bathroom is clean, the top floor has a balcony, I booked here because the previous hotel could not be extended, it turned out to be better here but cheaper, I regret not staying here from the start.. God willing, if I go to Jogja again, I will stay here

Strategic location to Malioboro, Tempo Gelato Jakal. Affordable price per night. Order food & drinks via ojol with many options. King size bed, cold AC, water heater works normally. Aqua refill water, tea, coffee sugar & light snacks are provided on the table. Every corner is monitored by CCTV inside & outside. There is a clean kitchen & complete eating and drinking utensils. The picture is true to the original. When I wanted to add another night yesterday, my mother immediately helped me quickly & the process was very easy. The owner always offers favorite culinary locations & easy to share about their vacation experience 🇮🇩. Next time, God willing, I will stay here again. The location is in a housing complex, so the roads are wide and nice, but there are portal closing hours (can be communicated with Avira staff). Okay, next time I go to Jogja I will come here again.

Very cool. Thank you to the owner and manager of the AVIRA sharia guest house, it was very impressive to stay here. The facilities are good, clean, good water, can make tea and coffee, snacks are provided. Overall, it is highly recommended. Cool.

A very homey home stay. Feels like living in your own house with very good facilities. The mother is very friendly & welcoming, the first time we chatted it was like we knew each other for a long time. In front of the room there is a dining table full of delicious snacks plus free self-service coffee & tea. The location is close to everywhere. Close to UNY, UGM & surrounding campuses. Culinary is also just a walk away.

Hidden gem of lodging in Jogja until finally I extended one more night. Anyway, when I return to Jogja again, I will stay here again.
