The service and staff were slow to respond. The token had been dead since dawn, and the receptionist didn't respond to WhatsApp chats. The room was full of ants, and the sheets were itchy.

For a fairly strategic location from the city center, during your stay you will feel comfortable with the room, only the cleanliness could be improved further.

The hotel staff was terrible, instead of being escorted to the front and preparing all this, they told me to walk around by myself while looking for the room number.

So far, so good. It's strategically located on Jalan Bina Marga, Cikampek (Karawang). It's easily accessible by private vehicle and close enough to the station and the city center for a quick stroll or a stopover on a long journey.

Pros: somewhat hidden location, quiet, deluxe room is quite large, and quite clean. Cons: TV has to be programmed, not automatic, and bed is loud.

The bathroom had a leak from the ceiling. There was mold growing, and it looked like it hadn't been fixed in a while.

The AC is not cold enough, there is only 1 towel and it is broken. No shampoo, 1 toothbrush. The facilities are lacking. Only the hotel building is nice.

no wifi password given, dirty and dusty hotel (maybe because there was an addition of units next door) we rented 2 rooms, the mattresses looked like they had been used, even in my child's room there were still eyelash extensions left on the mattress (too bad I didn't take a photo) the towels were dirty and smelly and only given 1, the bathroom leaked so when we entered the bathroom the floor was wet
