staff, very helpful, but because I don't like the smell of cigarettes, so there is a little smell of cigarettes in the room, overall it's good

The bathroom is sticky. The bed is smelly. The bodies are itchy. The ceiling is broken in the bathroom.

The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help guests.

The place is nice near the airport, and there are prayer mats for praying.

The staff is very friendly to the guests, the location is safe because at night there is a security post and there is a car park available on the ground floor. The room size is large compared to other urbanviews, overall satisfied staying here and suitable to be a subscription to stay.

The AC in the room is not cold at all, except for the AC in the living room which feels quite cold.

Not professional, rooms not ready. There is no TV and the AC is not cold enough. The environment is not conducive to rest.

The hotel crew didn't prepare our room, so when we came to the hotel we must wait for the crew preapare the room, and the room still dirty.

Lokasi cukup strategis bangunan juga baru tapi kebersihannya sangat kurang kondisi kamar masih kotor apalagi lobi seperti tidak pernah dibersihkan. Kami sampai ngepel sendiri kamar karena ada bekas tumpahan kopi yang sudah mengering belum lagi puntung rokok dan lain-lain. Fasilitas kamar tidak sesuai gambar, seperti sofa jaguar tidak ada, TV di kamar juga tidak ada.

Kostel ya bersih. Saya ambil yang suite. Dengan harapan ada di lantai 2. Ternyata di lantai 3. Dan gak ada lift. Hahaha. Tapi kamarnya bersih, dan luas. Persis kayak di foto ada ruang tamunya. Kulkas aja agak kotor. Cuma gak masalah. TV gak berfungsi. Tapi gak masalah. Anak saya gak ada yang doyan TV. Penjaganya baik banget. Bayi saya nangis. Dan beliau sigep membantu. Saya harap owner naikin gajinya. Hahaha. Saran saya. Untuk di lantai 3. Itu ngeri sekali jendelanya. Gak ada trails. Gak ada pengaman. Yang punya anak kecil mending jangan di kasih di lantai itu deh. Atau di matiin aja.

Petugasnya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu pada saat kami check in, pelayanannya oke banget.

Hotel nya baru. Tidak ada lift. Ada kitchen lengkap. Air agak kecil. Ada AC kurang dingin.

The hotel is nice, and close to the airport. It's just that if the trash can is full, throw it away, don't pile it up. And especially for the toilet where the pee is even more cleaned.
