The villa's location is very strategic in Sanur, cleanliness is sufficient, the toilet smells a bit, the pool is clean, the room is a bit dim because there is only one light on

Clean place, friendly staff, I left my item for 5 days but it turned out to be safe and sent to me immediately. Fast response, highly recommended. 🥰

The Wi-Fi somehow is not working so I have to use personal hotspot from my Indonesian SIM card. The water from the sink and shower smells, and they could do better maintenance of the place as there are several molds here and there on the wall. The only good place in here is the swimming pool.

Our experience in this place wasn't great. The location is good but the road to reach this place very narrow and it's difficult for the taxi. The hospitality very basic. The staff a bit slow and confuse. Far behind than standard Balinese hospitality. The cleanliness also need to improve, especially the bathroom. Also, they turn off the water in the middle of the night (not sure why), but I found myself in difficult situation when I went to toilet in the middle of the night because of this issue. Overall, not worth it. There are many better places in the similar price range and location.

Hotel staff is very bad & unhelpful.

The hotel did not respond when on the phone! So canceled the stay because the location is very difficult to reach, no help or guidance, no money back.. it sucks! Do not stay here for those who bring a private car..

the location of the villa is very good, the cleanliness of the room is amazing, I ordered for 3 days but on the 2nd day I moved to the hotel, it's really beautiful but it's not noticed and it's not clean, the room is also narrow, sorry,,,

The hotel staff is friendly, even though the location is in a narrow alley, it is quite comfortable and not noisy.

The worst place to stay but their staffs are awesome. Everything in this villa is broken. And the smell of drainage is like a dead body rotten I couldn't sleep.

The place is comfortable and not noisy, the environment is very calm. The pool is also clean, doesn't smell like chlorine and doesn't dry out your skin.
