The room was really dirty, there was no soap or other toiletries, the room really smelled, the TV was broken, the wifi couldn't be used, then the bathroom was also dirty, the sink was broken and didn't work at all. This is really bad pls :' (.

Stayed 2 days here with family. The service is friendly even though we checked in at 12 at night. The facilities are also okay, even though the TV has interference, but its okay. Hot water is ok.

I was asked to pay a fine of 200 thousand, because my child's milk stains spilled on the mattress. They said it was an UNREALLY stain. So, be careful not to eat and drink in the room. Because it was an Unnatural stain and they should work to clean it. And I have to pay 200 thousand.
