All staff and rooms are clean. Most importantly, the bathroom is clean. Free Wi-Fi, no cheating. The best!!

If I weren't in a pinch, I probably wouldn't have chosen to stay here. I booked for two nights, but after staying just one night, I decided to check out early. The Wi-Fi didn't connect well, the toilet didn't have hooks, and the mattress was so hard it wasn't comfortable to sleep in. Sorry, but I don't think I'll be choosing Sky House again in the future.

The location is strategic, with a cafe downstairs, making it easy to find food. The night view is beautiful.

The room amenities need to be reviewed. Yesterday, I got a room, but the Wi-Fi was non-existent, the water gallon was empty, and the gas tank was out of gas. I've contacted the room owner, but no action has been taken. Everything else is fine.

Suggestions: Please add camphor to the bathroom, and check the sheets and blankets again to make sure they haven't been changed.

I was disappointed with the service my guest received. Customer service only responded to chats and didn't answer calls when she was having trouble with the standard operating procedures. It was like watching the reality show "Amazing Race" on cable TV, while my guest was already exhausted upon check-in. The shabby and unclean condition of the mattress are also points that need to be addressed to prevent other renters from experiencing the same experience as my guest. I hope my points are addressed. The unit was fairly clean, with a nice view. Simple cooking utensils and a full set of tableware were provided. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi/internet connection in the unit was intermittent (connected but no internet connection). The unit was on the top floor, so the cell phone signal was poor, only 1 bar. The internet connection in the unit was essential. Perhaps the owner could improve it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

The check-in process was easy and fast, and the room was okay and very comfortable! The admin was also very informative. Overall, 10/10! The best!

Confusing, there's no email or direct instructions from the app. Unlike other apps, when booking an apartment, there are immediate instructions. You have to call first, and you have to wait a long time for customer service from the app, which is slow and unresponsive. The location is great, right in the heart of BSD, close to The Breeze, making it a comfortable place to hang out. The place is standard, but the important thing is that it's comfortable to sleep in.

The admin is responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean and the facilities are also good.

Bad experience, staff was not responsive and did not provide solutions. My room happened to have a broken AC. When I complained about the AC not working, they responded, "There was no problem before." I'll try to think about my response next time. That statement is less pleasant when we are from out of town, want to rest but the room is in such a condition.

The facilities are incomplete, there are no chairs, no toilet tissue, no special instructions for the check-in process after booking and during the check-out process, there is no reminder to check out and when the cleaning staff comes to remind them, they are impolite and rude.

Someone broke into our unit! Without knocking, without asking permission, and immediately unlocking the room. Security needs to be taken seriously!
