Location is near to the mall, the room is clean. Cozy environment.

It is so conveniently located near Pakuwon Mall and there is a free shuttle from the hotel. The staff are very helpful and in particular Faris who escorted us to the bus stop to take a bus in the city. We wanted to perform fasting for Zulhijjah and requested the hotel to change breakfast to sahoor, which they obliged with good food. Surrounding the hotel are nice cosy cafes and mini marts. For gym lovers, Anytime Fitness is just around the corner.

The reception was very bad, not reflecting 5 stars.

Check-in was very quick, with high tea available until 8 PM and welcome drinks available until 10 PM. The mango ice cream for breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the National Hospital.

Strategically located in West Surabaya, close to malls, hospitals, campuses, and numerous food stalls. There's also a commercial area, and the Pakuwon Mall-Whiz Luxe shuttle is very convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel room is very spacious, suitable for family staycation, clean room, very cold air conditioning, many food options, lounge and bar in hotel area, very strategic location.

This is my umpteenth stay here. It's very suitable for a business trip or just a staycation with family. The hotel's surrounding area is a plus. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and tranquility at a reasonable price.

On my first day check-in, I reached the bedroom around midnight, ready to sleep, I found hairs all over the pillow and bed. The bed was not cleaned. Then instead of giving me a new room, I had to wait for them to clean and it was dusty and I had to ask them to vacuum the floor. I was just too tired to complain further. Not sure I am coming back.
