Sorry, Sis.. For a new mattress pad, because it's been used and smells, just put it in so we can check it..

Maaf ya, Dek.. Untuk alas kasur yang baru dong, karena sudah dipakai dan bau, cuma masukan biar dicek..

Sangat-sangat tidak profesional, permintaan yang dipesan sangat tidak sesuai. Dari h-5 check-in sudah pesan extra bed, ketika check in tidak disediakan. Dan harus membayar 2x lipat untuk extra bed nya. Check in jam 14:00, tetapi jam 15:00 saya baru bisa masuk.

Hotel with standard room facilities. There is no TV and the room size is quite narrow compared to the cost.
