The bathroom is slippery, smells of urine. No hotel slippers.

The room smells musty, the sheets and pillow cases are not white, they are more brownish, the AC is not cold, the shower water comes out small, the map listed on Traveloka is wrong and misleading.

At first, I had an unpleasant story here because at first I got a room with a cockroach and wanted to ask for a room change, the clerk was a bit half-hearted. The clerk said the room had been used for several hours and the room towels had been used, without asking first. Should have asked first. But when the customer wants to ask for a room change because the room is dirty and there are no cockroaches allowed. But in the end it seems that with a heavy heart the room was replaced with a cleaner one. Hopefully next time the innkeepers will check the rooms one by one and re-clean them before being used by the customer.
