Complete facilities, low budget, suitable for business trips

First time staying here, friendly staff, clean room, cold AC, fast WiFi, will be one of my regular places, thank you Harry House.

The place is comfortable and clean but sorry the sheets don't smell good, the towels smell musty and black, there are no facilities like toothbrushes and others, even though I often stay at other GHs and get facilities like that. Hopefully the service will be better, sis, so that those who stay will be more comfortable, especially at Towel, sis 🙏🏻

Got a room on the 3rd floor, it was quite a hassle to carry your suitcase up the stairs, because there is no elevator. The condition of the room is quite good if you just want to rest.

The room was burnt because it was mentioned in my name but it still couldn't be opened, I had to see the application, the problem is that my cellphone forgot the password, if it's been told whose name it is, please check with the receptionist. Very disappointed with the service!

Overall the place is comfortable, cleanliness is maintained, strategic location.

Very fun and exciting, very satisfied.
