We traveled ~45 min to the the Zlatá Lípa, the spa experience was disappointing, dry sauna was completely out of order and the whirlpool was tepid, the jets were great but temperature setting was way too low. Therefore we chose to skip the experience in the morning. Very nice breakfast!

We loved our room - great amount of space and super comfy bed . Beautiful furnishings The only strange thing was nowhere to place the handheld shower / you had to hold it at all times which was a bit tricky to wash my hair .

Small friendly hotel with the amenities of a large hotel.

Pros: Free Onsite Parking, Hotel Rest. with decent food, and an inclusive breakfast that does the job. Cons: No coffee in room. The mini bar is not stocked - you have to go down to the front desk. The front desk never seems to be open. We had to wait 15mins to check in after we went to find someone. The spa is more for looks... the water is FREEZING in both the hottub and the pool. The saunas are nice, but very small. Overall fine hotel, however, it was not worth what we paid for it.

Hotel was slightly dated and a little outside the centre (cannot really walk there) but lovely food and great service made up for this.

Room was okay. Very clean and with a Single bed?! Spa was exceptional - the reason I booked. Jacuzzi not hot though. Very tranquil setting. Made to feel very welcome. Dinner was excellent 👌

Absolutely loved my stay!!

Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable. Nice shower. The restaurant has really good food. The only downside was that the room was a little warm, I don’t think there is AC. If there was, we didn’t see it!

The spa facility in the basement is elegant and extremely well finished, with a "Zen" theme. I also had a back massage which was delightful. The only negative relative to the outside eating area and all the rooms (but not the spa) is that the Hotel is located at the junction of two surprisingly busy roads. If a background of traffic noise does not bother you, then everything is perfect.

Great service and great place to stay

Our last stop off on a long journey, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The restaurant food was fantastic and the spa was a wonderful bonus. We were very impressed.

Our favorite hotel for the trip, and a great breakfast to boot! Close to Bohemia Swtitzerland Park. Wish we had stayed longer!

When we arrived the entrance door was locked, the only way to enter is with a key card. Just be aware if you plan to arrive late to the hotel. I reserved a junior suite well in advance however, when I arrived the room was taken. Receptionist stated she cancelled the reservation for no apparent reason. At least there was a standard room available. Staff was friendly, only 1 person spoke English. Dinner was exceptional and was < than $35 for 2 people, it included 2 salmon entrees plus a salad and potatoes, two .5L beers and a latte. Breakfast was tasty and provided all the basics; meats, cereals, cheese, breads, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt and fruit. Overall good service with the exception of not receiving the room I reserved and was guaranteed by Hotel$.com.

nice place to stay. forest is close

The hotel is a little way out of Decin but with a car it was no problem to find. We had a Standard double room which meant that we had 2 single beds pushed together which was the only negative about the stay. Other than that, it was brilliant. The room itself was a good size and the bathroom was clean and smart. We ate in the hotel every evening as we were so impressed with the quality of food and the very reasonable prices! Between 10-12 every day we used the spa facilities for free which was a huge bonus. We booked massages before we arrived and were able to use the spa after the massage too. The Zen Spa was small but beautiful and very well looked after. It was a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of breakfast foods. We used the hotel as a base to travel the local area and see the many sights of the mountain range near by. I would definitely stay again and I have already recommended it to friends.

This excelent hotel is located in an area from where the majoritiy of Chech and Saxsen natural beauties are easily reachable. the staff of a hotel is very kind and a guest gets a filling of a real guest. Each guest will be possitively surprised on the accommodation and on the kind staff for a reasonable price. We did not find some details that could be criticised. The hotel is worth to be revisited and we will surely reccommend it to all colleagues and friends.
