Charmante Auberge! Salle a manger tres belle avec la vue sur le fleuve.

We stayed on the motel side this time. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. No fridge or air conditioning in our room, but it fits the feel of the place and takes you back a few years. The main building is a wonderfully quaint inn in which we have stayed twice. It has really nice rooms overlooking the river. The sunsets are spectacular. We had breakfast and supper both days in the dining room which is just beside the water. Food and service are first class. All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy the simpler things.

J’ai adoré mon séjour! Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Ma chambre était très confortable et propre. La vue magnifique, avec petite terrasse personnelle, parfaite pour lire et prendre un verre devant le magnifique fleuve. J’ai pris aussi le souper et le déjeuner. Le service est excellent et la nourriture délicieuse. J’y retournerai assurément!

Many basics missing such as coffee pot, refrigerator, AC. Was a hot humid night and hard to sleep. Views however were beautiful and other guests friendly.

La partie motel (ch166) tapis commercial, plafond gypse fissuré bref chambre a renover ne représente aucunement l'accueil a la réception ainsi que le service en salle a manger, très satisfait du service et des plats reçus. L'ameublement de la chambre très ordinaire,la télé ??? P.S la cour a la sortie serait a repenser pour les motos.

Très belle proximité avec le fleuve et excellent restaurant. Toutefois, en saison estivale, il manque des parasols sur les balcons et de l’air climatisé; pour ces raisons, à moins d’être dans l’auberge et non dans le motel, je n’irai pas à l’auberge en période chaude. Merci!

The view was amazing and while the room itself was a little tired it was clean and well worth the price we paid.

Lovely location. Staff were friendly and professional. Our room could use a makeover but was fine. The railing up needed replacing. Auberge is quaint with a very good restaurant.

Four of us stayed here for one night on our way back home from the maritimes. The rooms/washrooms are not big but they were clean and had what was necessary. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was good but the menu was a little eccentric (would not appeal to regular meat and potato eaters). There were no salads on the menu. The oysters were very good. Two of our plates were "lukewarm" when they arrived so we returned them and they came back pretty much the same. Presentation was nice though. The steak was "so so" and portion was small for the price. The classic breakfast was great with potatoes (which we were told was not available at dinner the night before), salad (which was not available at dinner either), eggs, toast, bacon and ham.

Such beautiful rooms. Very east coast vibe to the place. The view is unbeatable!

Si vous etes allée dans les années 70, vous ne serait pas dépaysé, c'est resté pareille. Payés trop cher pour voir le fleuve à travers une porte patio embuée
