Excellent location to walk to everywhere, surprising good restaurants not in the old town area but out side the old town in the southern border, the traditional fine art museum contents are average, but the buildings complex are superb, the modern art museum is excellent inside and out.

Odd location within a ‘cut through ‘ between 2 streets. However it is right within the heart of the town and the room and v clean and the staff are very helpful. If I go back to Vitoria Gaistez I would book here again.

The arrival can seem a little foreboding as the hotel is located inside a building off the street and you have to auto-checkin using a machine, so there is no one in site when you arrive. But it comes at a very low price, with a comfortable bed, simple, yet very clean room and excellent wifi (i was able to live stream an American football game), and right in the center of the city. So I was very happy with my choice, which ended up being perfect for a one night stay. In the morning a very friendly attendant at the front desk took my key.

Cheap, clean and convenient in an excellent location.

Right in downtown Vitoria, by the main tramline, at the far end of a retail passageway, this handy, bright, modern lodging suits a city break. Rooms are uniform, all light wood and green colour scheme, but by no means uncomfortable. Shower works fine, Wi-Fi too, TV. Only snag is the fact that reception closes at 1.30pm and reopens late afternoon/early evening, so if you're arriving during that time you'll have to hang around without being able to deposit your luggage. Reception staff efficient and friendly. Entry is by keycard.

Centrally located & in a quiet arcade this budget hotel should be a good place for your visit. We found our bathroom in need of TLC. The toilet cistern button came apart and we had to take the top off to use the plunger to work it. The toilet seat was almost adrift so I tightened the wing nuts. The shower head would not stay up so we had to put a bottle jammed under it to hold it in position. Maybe other rooms were OK but these things should be regularly checked. Receptionist was apologetic & friendly when advised of these problems. Bed was the hardest we encountered in our 5 week holiday but room was spacious & clean.

Impossible to get near within the centre of the city what with one-way system and trams. Parking option is prohibitive.

Good rooms in a quite place. Public transports available close to the hotel. I used the help desk during the auto check-in function: they help me to get the access in real time!

Simple et pas cher

Hôtel agréable en centre-ville, dans une galerie marchande très calme. Dommage que ma chambre, au 1er étage, donnait directement dans une cour intérieure, certes pas fréquentée pendant mon séjour, car cela oblige à garder la fenêtre fermée.

Bien situado, cerca de restaurantes, bares, comercio, etc. Un poco difícil de localizar. Dimos 4 vueltas hasta que localizamos el sitio, porque está dentro de un pasillo. Habitación silenciosa, cosa que se agradece, y espaciosa.
