This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria! The amenities are great! The rooms are gorgeous! The buffet for dinner & breakfast is the best ever! The staff is very nice! I will definitely return!!!!! Love this hotel!

Great hotel, friendly stuff, very good breakfast, a very big and comfortable room, 10 minutes drive to city center.

This is my fourth tine at this amazing facility highly recommend to anyone for 5 star relaxation and amazing food

Room is very clean and spacious. Dining option for both breakfast and dinner are fine, has cold and hot food. Staffs are helpful. Spa appeared clean, the minerals water jacuzzi are nice. The only down side has observed the adult pool and jacuzzi filled with baby and very young children which not very safe. I think the hotel should be more aware of that and remind the parents or carers not to break the rules and policies in the hotel, that to prevent any risk of avoidable incidents. Afterall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great Balneo Spa

This hotel is amazing. I strongly recommend it. Excellent food, service and spa. The room was modern and comfortable. My son really enjoyed the kids club with different every day activities and entertainment. 10 of 10 rate

Room was good but that is the only good thing. Service was terrible, had to wait 1h on a line for check-in. No parking spaces available. They nickel and dime you for everything. We had dinner included, food was below average, there was no water. No music, the night club was closed. SPA center was overcrowded and the hotel was not even full.

Everything was great, except for the stuff in restaurant Sofra, especially the manager of the restaurant who was extremely rude and forced me to pay 20bg leva because I accidentally broke a glass

Very good hotel, huqe public area, indoor aoutdoor poll are awesome, SPA center is very good, but some features are limited. Very nice breakfast, nice staff and a lot of parking places.

Както винаги престоят ни беше повече от прекрасен ! Благодаря на Иван Николов, който организира спешно лекар да ме прегледа, когато имах нужда и терапиите, които извършиха. Благодаря на Валя - дамата, която почистваше нашата стая (203) и беше повече от грижовна и всеотдайна за всяка наша нужда! Няма думи, с които да изразим похвалата и благодарностите си! С нетърпение очакваме да ви посетим отново !!!

This spa resort is a great get away, perfect for a relaxing weekend for rejuvenation. On the edge of the city but a short drive to the major sights if you want. The pools and the spa are great and onsite food offerings looked good (just had a sandwich at the pool bar but it was tasty). The breakfast buffet is enormous! The staff were fine, except I was told at checkin that my free drink voucher would cover both of us but that was refused at the bar. We had massages from friendly, professional therapists. Wish we had stayed more than one night!
