Must be my third time here and will return every chance I get! . Rooms in the courtyard are so comfortable, clean and spacious. The evening meals and breakfast are wonderful and well prepared and flavourful.

It was truly fantastic - clean, modern, comfortable and everyone was polite and kind.

The staff were very good but we got charged for our room on arrival and I had paid in advance. It was sorted out when I located my receipt and we were refunded. There was a clerical error. Apart from that, we had a good stay and the hotel was well located on the edge of Bath. Would probably use again.

Friendly welcome, lovely room

Great property in a great location. Close to the park and ride which was convenient. Having an electric car it was good to see chargers to use overnight. Property was really clean, staff were great, the only downside was having a doors between rooms meant we could hear the people next door.

Ideal for a night stay whilst visiting Bath for the Christmas market. Room small but had everything you need, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Lovely location, park and ride into bath is a short walk away. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but what we had was nice. Staff were all friendly. Would stay again!
