Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!

The staff are attentive & friendly, the food at the hotel is top quality with plenty of choices. If you fancy a change, there are plenty of good restaurants around the pretty harbour. The resort is quite, perfect for a relaxing break.

The hotel and hotel restaurants were fabulous. The port area was a little downmarket, but would be great for families on a budget.

Wow!! Fantastic 5 night stay in June. We were two couples travelling together. We both had the suite rooms and they were amazing with lots of room and storage. Clean, fresh and lots of features with multiple TV’s, HVAC and lighting controls. Nice balcony too with a view of the pools. We had the half board and ate breakfast’s and dinners at the FOC restaurant. Food was incredible and service was amazing. Staff were so friendly. We had a car rented so used it to successfully explore the island. We also used the hiking trails that start near the hotel. Also highly recommend the boat excursion with skipper Mark - fantastic way to spend 4 hrs. Loved it!!

Had a short 2 day stay. The hotel did a room upgrade for us which was nice of them. Also the service was great and amenities are awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely return

This resort is excellent! I HIGHLY recommend staying in the suites with your own private pool. It is well worth it. The complimentary breakfast buffet and hot meal is very a really nice added touch and the service is great. It is walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, harbor and shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will return!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very helpful.

Everything about the hotel was1st class from the reception staff, cleaning staff and waiters and waitress and chefs. We could not fault our stay in the Lago suites hotel and would highly recommend it to othres.

Nice place and nice staff. We had to change rooms as our first room backed onto a very noisy marina which we didn’t want but the hotel were great and gave us another room is a nicer spot. We enjoyed the stay.

A perfect break. We’ll go again.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Every part of it feels like a luxurious spa, and there are tons of restaurant/food options that are excellent both on site and right around the corner. Would absolutely go back!

I was mildly annoyed that we were sent to a restaurant that was closed by the reception staff, and when I called they didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. Outside that issue everything else was great.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re looking for total relaxation with incredible food this is the place for you. We did half board (breakfast and dinner) and each time we ate, the food was better and better. No other restaurant in the area compares to the food in this restaurant. We had one dinner out at the Bar near the light house and instantly regretted it. The trip was a mother and daughter trip, and I can say neither of us have ever been so relaxed. The staff are so wonderful and friendly, the hotel is designed beautifully and you can truly switch off. If you have time, I’d highly recommend Godai their Michelin star restaurant. It was such an incredible experience! Tiny little cons: ~ there was no mirror in our room apart from in the bathroom so that made it hard to get ready as you can’t really see what you look like (haha) ~ the parasoles to protect you from the sun are SO heavy. We really struggled to move them as did the employees. That resulted in us getting burnt a couple of days. So my advice would be to the hotel to get lighter parasoles that can be easily moved. ~ we didn’t feel there was a lot of storage in the bedrooms. Would have been helpful to have some more draws. But again, little little things! Overall the hotel is so beautiful. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Lagos Resort suites was beautiful, peaceful and embodies the eco-friendly appeal. Our suite was spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool area has two pools, one for relaxing and the other a refreshing reprieve from the heat. We loved the close proximity to Cala N Bosch beach (5 min walk). The Kaypa restaurant on site provided some of the most delicious meals we experienced on our holiday. The daily breakfast was fresh with a variety of options. Would love to return to this beautiful property with high standards and a welcoming staff.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very relaxing environment.

A stunning hotel with a relaxed, funky vibe. Pool area is fabulous with two beautiful pools. There was never any issues getting sun beds, so comfortable too. The setting is well laid out with beautiful flowers and we enjoyed the pool music, it certainly wasn’t too intrusive. Our Suites (90) was well laid out, spacious and luxurious. Staff were lovely, very accommodating. The best meal we had in the area was the Largo Peruvian meal, absolutely delicious and top quality. We didn’t try the Japanese as we didn’t want the tasting menu (€149 a head). Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. We hope to be back.

Our stay here was excellent. This is a great resort that lives up to its rating. The food at the FOC Brasserie is to a good standard and is a good place to try for dinner options. The staff were mostly friendly and very pleasant, however during busier times the service varied and was sometimes slow. I received a little gift for my birthday and I was surprised and very appreciative of the staff going the extra mile for me to have a good day. I would recommend and absolutely visit again. The pool and lounge areas are also fabulous and the smart room systems are amazing.
