Great experience! Free breakfast and kind staff!

My stay at the hotel was great, but I had issues when I was checking in. One of the staff members mistaken me for another guest and had me pay for my room. Then, after talking to an Expedia representative, I found out that I wasn't checked in. It was inconvenient and I was short on my spending since I wouldn't be receiving reimbursement until 4 business days. Thus, my stay was only good not excellent.

A very mid hotel. I thought this place was new. It didn’t really feel that way. Entrance is tiny for a hotel. Breakfast options were a bit limited. For the choices you have in Vegas I would never come here again. The BIGGEST issue is the plane noise from the fan in the room. Guaranteed you will not sleep a wink. So irritating and annoying. Wish more would call this out in their reviews. You cannot turn it off, and the rooms are so small you will fall over your suitcases to move around. Glad it was limited to one night.

Overall great, except the fact that the AC is super loud.

Loud motocycle muffler sound on those two day mornings at 6am. Could not continue the sleep.

Everything was perfect! Room is great! Can easily accommodate 6 people with the trundle bed! Pool area is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great with nice options! Front desk staff was attentive and friendly!

Clean and quiet hotel with good free breakfast and close to the airport.

I only didn't like that the bathroom has not way to be lock. Even my two-year old can open the door. No privacy at all. No one pickup my trash until I call to get bags to do it by myself. However. The associate who delivered more towels and bags nicely took my trash once I mention that was the need for the bags. Breakfast was excellent and the people in charge were upstanding and polite. The inside and the outside property was clean and neat. My kids were so happy to stay in this hotel. We have never been disappointed with we use SpringHills.
