Very nice hotel with polite staff and excellent food

Best hotel in Brighton

Diring my stay there was no hot water to shover, complained 6 times and then they done something. Also they charged me more money than other people when I complained I was told the hotel eas full thats vay they charge more

I have booked the hotel for 3 days and I had to vacate 2 days before due to change in my flight so requested them for refund and they agreed to refund to my credit card and Expedia team. After I left the hotel and after two days they have denied the refund to Expedia and to my credit card. So don’t believe these guys at reception or their management team. I have placed a request for wake up call and they forgot to wake up and I could have missed my flight. No one in the restaurant understands English and you have to really struggle to converse with them and I strongly suggest not to book at this hotel.

No hot water from time to time and power outage from time to time

first day they give us a room that had Dog pooh stain on the carpet, windows ware dirty that we could not see outside. We called the reception and inform them however they send room service to clean it , after they could not clean the pooh stain they changed our room to a better room but it was very cold. also we could not make local calls from the room which was very frustrating, the internet was slow, they looked the room on us and we could not get our luggage, they shut down wifi on the check out day at 12 pm.

Very reasonable my priced hotel away from the city. This is a business hotel so expect it to be busy, locality is pretty much industrial although there’s a shopping mall close by with places to eat. . Food & general service was very good. Parking underneath makes it ideal. About an hour away from Old City whether by train or car. Only real snag I had was emails to the hotel prior to my stay were only ever answered in Turkish.

عند وصولي للفندق وجدتة مذحم جداً ولم اجد غرفة وابلغوني انها سوف تمون جاهزة علي الساعه ٢ م وانا وصلت في الساعه ١١:٣٠ص للاسف لاتوجد عوازل للغرفة ولم امدد بالفندق لانه غير مريح بسبب السرير والمخدة

Love it there

Good, I asked to empty the minibar unfortunately they refused.

Beautiful place, great room. Loved everything but 2 elevators were out and there was only 3. That was annoying but I’m glad we were only on the 3rd floor. Staff dismissed us when we let them know/ asked about the elevators.

I recently stayed at Selectum, expecting a pleasant experience given its 4-star rating. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness: The hotel was disappointingly dirty. The carpets in the hallways were stained, and my room had a musty smell. The windows never have been cleaned. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with grime in the shower. Staff: The staff were subpar. While some were polite, many seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Overall Experience: Despite its 4-star rating, Selectum failed to deliver a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lack of cleanliness and the indifferent attitude of the staff were major disappointments. I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not be returning.

price/performance is very good , 30/45 minute drive far from asian side city attractions.
