central location lovely staff comfortable bed

If you’re booking this hotel specifically for parking, be careful! I received a message via Expedia, 3 days prior to arrival. asking me if I wanted a parking space reserved. I replied to confirm I would. Upon check in I was told there were no spaces! When I asked why I had received a message asking if I wanted to reserve space then, I was told that it was automated from Expedia and they couldn’t stop it as it was a technical issue! They offered no alternative apart from ‘you’ll have to park in the city’ … no directions or suggestions where!! Not helpful! As it was Sunday we were able to leave the car outside on the street but had to move it by 8am. The staff member then told us we had until midday to check out …. But we didn’t really did we?!?! Not the best experience. B&B please sort the ‘technical issue’ out with Expedia to prevent inconveniencing any more of your customers!

Location is perfect near train station handy with our day trip to brussels area walking distance to city centre of namur enjoyed early morning walk to Citadel and reception staff thank You to Camile for a very warm reception we arrived early 4 families with teens and young adults very tired Camile managed to handle smooth check in with lovely smiles every little helps coffee machine and cold water dispenser very handy and snacks room clean bed comfortable highly recommended overall

Stayed 2 years ago was good then and still is good , staff where helpful, breakfast was good . Little tip if you dont have your room cleaned daily and put out the hanger on door you get a 5 euro voucher to use at the bar 😊 only downside wasn't able to get a parking spot but was my fault for leaving it to last minute, there is plenty of parking in underground garages in the area , all safe with cctv around the same cost

Decent hotel

A good find for staying in Belgium. Much cheaper than Dinant. I was messaged in advance by the hotel to ask if I needed to reserve car parking, which was required. Cost of parking was the standard 20 EUR for the night. The staff were friendly and welcomed me on arrival. Room was satisfactory in size plus clean and practical. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. A great location in central Namur, right by the train station. Overall a good stay. I will be staying here again if I travel through Europe.

Comfortable clean hotel a short walk from the centre with a good breakfast.

Great Hotel, Facilities worked perfectly and breakfast was good too. There is selection of sweet and Savoury food for breakfast. Staff were super helpful at reception. They also offered a €5 euro at the bar every time I didn’t need to clean up my room while my stay which is a great incentive. Would definitely recommend.

Really clean room with a fantastic location and really helpful staff. I thought it would be louder being so close to the train station, but actually the room was quiet and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunrise and sunset, and was great for relaxing between exploring. The location was ideal for us, as we could easily walk into town and the fortress or quickly hop on a train somewhere else. There was also moderately affordable parking available, although there aren't that many spots so make sure you book them early and get back to the garage before everyone else!

The breakfast was really good, lovely to be able to get a coffee or tea at any time too! Convenient for the city, and it has a nice rooftop terrace too. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location, right next to the Namur train station and walking distance from the city center! Every single staff member was lovely and resourceful. I will definitely come back :)

Newer hotel, clean, quiet, easy access from rail station, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Quick walk into the old part of town. Would definitely stay here again.

The Parking was quite inconveniente and once they run out of space parking off property was a nightmare

We found ourself unexpectedly in Namur as we had a puncture enroute to Austria, and with all the garages closed on the weekend, we enjoyed everything Namur had to offer.. The shining star was on Monday morning when my non existent French was getting me nowhere with the tyre garages, the lovely receptionist called a few garages for me until we found a tyre and we could continue our holiday.. We are extremely grateful
