Can say enough about this property! The staff were great! The room was spacious and had endless boiling hot water! Only down side is the fans don’t work quick enough for the shower, but not really a big deal! TV was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great! I liked the location being a bit away from the hustle but still easy enough to walk there. Easy 5 stars for this place. Price was also very reasonable!

Had such an amazing stay at The Felix 10! Incredible team running the boutique hotel, big and comfortable room, perfect location in Lisbon. Can't wait to return.

This is a hidden gem in Lisbon ! Highly recommend it, best spot for a quiet stay and very close to the city center.

We stayed in Lisbon at The Felix 10 for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was super easy. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk down to the time out market and train to Cascais and there were plenty of dining options around within a 10 minute walking distance. We had breakfast on the day of check out which was nice and convenient. Overall great stay at the Felix.

We had an amazing stay, the staff was very helpful with many tips and very cordial. The room and hotel decorations was excellent.

I saw some not so great reviews on Google, so i was a little worried. I really don't understand it because The Felix 10 is a great little hotel. The staff were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They freely gave us recommendations for the best transportation options for where we were headed and some of the hidden, or at least not as well known, sites to see. We had a family suite and it had 2 separate bedrooms. My son was thrilled. The space itself is beautifully decorated, both the rooms and common areas. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The overall style of the property was so sleek. Friendly staff and great location. Will definitely stay again!

Bel accueil dans un hôtel confortable et très bien situé. Personnel très courtois. Suite familiale bien adaptée pour une famille de 4. Petit-déjeuner excellent.

Ein schönes kleines noch relativ neues Boutique Hotel, mit einem kleinen Innenhof zum Frühstücken und einer gemütlichen Terrasse auf dem Dach mit einem tollen Ausblick. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Das Bad ebenso. Es gibt sogar einen Fön mit Diffusor Aufsatz. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr herzlich. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erlaufen, aber ich glaube es gibt auch Tram und Busstationen in der Nähe. Von uns eine 100 prozentige Empfehlung!!
