The room was clean and the hotel is close to everything. The staff is really nice and helpful!

Everything was perfect

Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper.

Some train noise but not too bad. Great spot otherwise. Very friendly staff.

Very convenient for both the train and the ski slope. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well equipped. We will stay here again for certain!

5 stars! The Base is extremely close to the main train station and the gondola, all a few steps out the door. The apartment was pleasantly clean and had a ski room to store my gear. The friendly gentleman at the front was super helpful and accommodating, he made the entire stay a wonderful experience for me. I will definitely come back to this property.

Beautiful apartment. Impeccably clean and shiny. Wonderful service. The front desk concierge was so warm and welcoming. A short walk to the lifts and train station. Kitchen was well equipped, however they need to add a can opener to the utensils.

We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days in the snow. One of the loveliest touches was a basket with breakfast goodies waiting for us — such a thoughtful and welcoming surprise! The service throughout our stay was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. On top of that, the parking situation was easy and convenient, which made the whole trip even more stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Andermatt!
