I rented a car from Nimes; I traveled Arles and St. Remy before I came to this hotel. The receptionist greeted me, and said, “I am the manager and owner of this property.” which I didn’t ask. He emphasized to close the property gate; otherwise, it would be trouble. He answered my questions, I felt like he was a little bit bossy. Later, I told I would park my car in the street. Then, I changed my mind to park in the property because I am not sure if the area is safe to park. (He told me, I can park in the property or on the street ) With that reason, I tried to park my car in the property. He asked me why I did not park on the street. The tone of his voice was offensive and rude to me in my perspective. He told me, since my parking skill is not good, park in the street. Also, he demanded me to carry my luggage to hotel after parking; others possibly would take the parking spot. So I said, I will unload my luggage first in the property then, I will park my car in the street. Next day morning, same guy was at the reception desk. He asked if I would like to the linens to be changed. So I said, I would liked to have more towels. He told me, “ You can’t take towel to the beach.” The way he talked me was nonsense, like I got caught on taking towels to the beach. So I told him, I even don’t think about bring hotel towel to the beach. Towel was thin.It was damp after using it last night, I wanted to use fresh one. Later he apologized me; offered free coffee. Unpleasant experience.

To be in this cozy hotel 🏨 was a great experience !!! Everyone was nice and polite . My room super clean , the area was very safe and the view espectacular !!!!!! I will recommend any one who need a quite place for vacation !! THANK YOU SO MUCH 💞a bientôt ☀️🎶

It was a cute little hotel on the beach, and when I say "little" I mean little. the room wasn't much bigger than my walk in closet at home. but it worked for the one night I stayed there, it was close to the airport and that is all I needed.

The property is one minute walk from the beach and has a parking spot. The owners are very efficient and keep a good watch on the place.

Beautiful little hotel, nice view and lovely staff

The owner is delightful and made us feel right at home. Breakfast of croissants, yogurt, french bread, jams and coffee was wonderful. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Very cute 3-star hotel in Cagnes-sur-Mer, steps from the beach. Very quiet and includes free parking for guests (first come first served basis) Room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable and clean. The owners and staff are pleasant and accommodating and it was an enjoyable stay

the room was small. However, we just needed to stay the night and the staff was very helpful and nice. It was as expected.

A very nice family run little hotel, very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes.

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight. The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.
