Too hot. Staff would not leave windows open for ventilation. Restaurant Closed

Having booked and requested dinner we arrived to be told ‘the restaurant is not open at the weekends.’ This was not clear anywhere on the information before we booked. After a long day at work and then travelling, to have to go and find a meal was not ideal. On the plus, on returning to the hotel with a takeaway, we were promptly shown to the restaurant and were able to eat our food with a bottle of wine.

Convenient for a 1 night stop over. Only complaint was the hotel receptionist overnight tried to charge us for the room which we had already paid for via Expedia

Room was a bit smelly

Nice, quiet, calm little hotel with a good northern French breakfast. We like that it does not have ambient road noise. Close enough to larger cities, with the pleasant tranquility of a nice rural area. Good quality-to-price ratio!

Prima hotel op doorreis. Goed ontbijt. Restaurant helaas gesloten in het weekend (en dan schenkt de bar uitsluitend alkohol-vrij). Maar voor een tussenstop is het een aanrader!!!

Belle chambre avec une jolie vue sur le jardin, propreté au rdv, l'endroit est calme et reposant. Le Monsieur de l'accueil est d'une gentillesse absolue 😊 encore merci à lui. Le personnel est globalement très sympa.

Basic but cozy and clean rooms. Perfect breakfast and dinner very varied. The menu changes every days. Best place to stay in Douvrin/Billy Berclau.

Bonjour à chaque fois que je prenais ma douche il y avait une sale odeur qui remontait après la douche une odeur désagréable

La chambre était correcte pour le niveau de prix. Repas du soir. Très bon petit déjeuner correct Très correct pour un 2 étoiles

Hôtel très propre, personnel aimable et serviable.

Peut mieux faire, un petit coup de rafraichissement ne serait pas de trop, mais bien suffisant pour 1 nuit. Restaurant d'un niveau supérieur au niveau de l'hôtel.
