Friendly staff! Room was clean!

The TV didn’t work in our room and they couldn’t fix it until our second night. Otherwise good

We stayed here one night, checking in late night to be close to the airport for an early flight. The lobby was full of shockingly loud Christian High School teens or pre-teens that had obviously never been in public before. The staff did nothing to quiet them or get them to stop playing in the elevators. Room was decent but screws in the heating unit were all loose and something in that system made noise the entire 3 hours we tried to sleep. I recommend finding other accommodations.

It was a gorgeous hotel, and I have high standards.

No outlets by beds. Not convenient for CPAP or charging phones/watches. Behind nightstand was a dirty carpet area with a random medication tablet.

Gentleman at check in extremely courteous and helpful. Professional. Young lady at check out was rude and took no initiative to help when I asked for a receipt. Typical, poorly-mannered snowflake.

We have stayed at this property several times before and it's never been a bad experience, and it wasn't really bad this time either, however we weren't expecting for the incidentals deposit to be almost the same price of the room, it's always been $50 or less at times. We booked 3 rooms so our deposit for one night was$4]], thankfully we had the funds to cover and not limit our plans. Also, on this trip, the televisions in 2 of the 3 rooms, did not work. I was offered Bonvoy points to compensate, but we'll see what amount and if that happens in a few days. Other than that, we usually have a great time at this property.

The rooms are dated and small. Although the beds were comfortable enough, they used a plastic-ish blanket that was weird and stuck to your skin if the sheet slipped beneath it. The bathroom was well appointed, nice amenities including liquid hand soap,but very small. The heating/AC unit was quite loud and ran constantly, yet did not adjust the room temp, even after adjusting it.

We stay here when ever we fly out of GRR. It’s very nice, convenient and the staff are friendly
