Overall, it's good. Check-in is fast and the admin is responsive.

Great location, 15 minutes walk to KLCC; however, the room air conditioning needs to be serviced as it keeps making noise. There are only 4 lifts, so need to be patient to wait for the lift. Overall, the room is good as the night view is superb.

The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate four people, with complete amenities, cooking facilities, and refrigerator cleaning. The location is very strategic. Online check-in is available, with a RM200 deposit required, which is refundable within 15-30 days.

Everything was okay, but when it comes to check out time it’s sooo chaos. We were waiting for the lift almost half an hour and finally we’re going down by the stairs from 21st floor with hands full of bags and toddlers. And i didn’t get my 200rm deposite back until now, it almost 3 weeks 🥲
